Transparent servicing
Know the charge before you cancel.
We obtain a fresh supplier quote and show the protected refund amount before a cancellable booking is submitted.
How cancellation works
- Verify access using the OTP sent to the booking contact.
- Request the latest supplier cancellation quote.
- Review the charge, expected refund and quote expiry.
- Confirm once. We do not automatically replay an uncertain supplier cancellation.
Refund processing
Once the supplier accepts cancellation, an eligible refund is submitted to the original payment method. Gateway processing and bank posting times may vary. Pending and partial refunds remain visible to operations until matched against gateway evidence.
Non-refundable and partially used services
Some promotional fares, hotel rate plans, supplier fees, no-shows and partially used journeys may be restricted or non-refundable. The applicable rule is displayed with the selected offer and revalidated before checkout.
Failed fulfilment after payment
If payment is captured but the supplier definitively fails fulfilment, the system creates a protected refund record and reconciliation case. If the supplier outcome is uncertain, the booking remains in processing until status can be verified safely.
